Indoor Cycling Workout: 30 Minutes

This is the “I slept through my alarm” 30 minute speed edition. I had planned a 1 hour steady state workout this morning but had the worst time waking up. It happens to the best of us.

  • 1-5 minutes: Warm up
  • 5-10 minutes: Steady state
  • 10-20 minutes: Tabata intervals (x20) - 1 interval is 20 seconds of high intensity, 10 seconds very easy 
  • 20-25: Steady State
  • 25-30: Cool down

Just because things don’t go as planned doesn’t mean you give up completely.
