Quick strength training workout: legs, core, arms
I realized that I’ve let my strength training go to the wayside since marathon training. Even during the half ironman, I did little more than swim, bike and run. 
That ends today. I’m bringing strength back! 
3 Rounds:
25 walking lunges
25 pushups
3x25 second plank with 10 second rest
